Verge connects you with a licensed provider through an easy, 100% online process. You’ll fill out a digital health questionnaire, have a telehealth consultation, and if appropriate, the provider prescribes treatment delivered to your door with ongoing follow-up support. Verge services are available in all 50 states, with treatment options varying based on state-specific regulations and eligibility.

When you start with Verge, a temporary pending charge is placed on your card. This charge will only go through if you’re approved for treatment. If you’re not approved, the pending amount will automatically fall off your account and you won’t be billed.

Your care is provided by fully licensed healthcare professionals (doctors or nurse practitioners) with expertise in our treatment areas. All providers hold the required credentials and state licenses, so you’ll be treated by a qualified expert every time.

Absolutely. We use a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform to protect your personal health information, and telehealth consultations are confidential. You receive the same standard of privacy and care as you would in an in-person clinic.

Getting started is simple. No, insurance is not required. Our services are self-pay. We offer transparent, flat pricing for your consultations and medications, so you’ll know exactly what you pay upfront without dealing with insurance claims or approvals.

Verge does not provide medical care or practice medicine. We connect you with independent licensed healthcare providers through our telehealth partners to make telemedicine services available. Verge partners with our telehealth partner, TelegraMD, to deliver all clinical services. Verge itself is a platform and does not employ the doctors or nurses directly. Every provider you see via Verge is fully licensed in your state and has been thoroughly vetted to meet all applicable legal requirements and quality standards.
